“Received an email to confirm my item was out for delivery, then received an email from Royal Mail that the item had been returned to sender. After sending 6 emails I finally got a response saying it was a technical error ????? Finally received my item this morning, don’t see why I should have had to foot the cost for tracked delivery !”

Having looked at your recent order with MyPharmacy, the parcel was delivered on 30/07, the day after dispatch. We also have not received any emails from yourself regarding this. Can you please double check that you have reviewed the correct company regarding this and amend your review accordingly? It would be much appreciated.

I'm no longer fit to travel and someone has to feed the cat. My wife went on holiday in England without me and by mistake left her medicines at home. The medicines were specified on her repeat prescription so I did not have to decide which medicines to send.
I phoned My Pharmacy and after being advised that the medicines were in stock and I could order them over the virtual counter, I ordered from their website. The only unusual bit was that I was asked for images of our passports, which as it happened I had to hand: that is a precaution against some kind of fraud and perfectly usual in the circumstances.
My Pharmacy sent the required medicines and my wife received them at 9 am the following day.”
