We pack our orders with care and with breakages in mind, we have not yet had a report of this product arriving damaged.
By any chance, do you have a picture of the breakage, or a picture of the product that you received? I am really sorry for this mistake and once we receive the picture of the incorrect product we can proceed with a solution for you.
