“Excellent product, easy ordering, but paid for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and item took from early Friday morning until late Sunday afternoon to arrive. It didn't matter too much but obviously wasted money for the service - seems this was down to Royal Mail rather than My Pharmacy.”
“Extremely good service, they always have what I need and get it to me in excellent time and the pricing is very reasonable. I would have given five stars but for the amount of plastic that is used to send items out in . I appreciate the need to protect the items from breakage but there were eleven separate bubble wrap bags in my last delivery. There are so many alternatives these days !! Apart from that I can’t fault them.”
“I had a email from the pharmacy to say time to reorder on 2 of my prescriptions, I was running short so decided to reorder, I then had to fill in a questionnaire again that I had already filled in twice before this seems rediculous when the pharmacy already has my record of previous answers on 2 occasions just seems a waste of time.”
