“I’ve used Mypharmacy for some years and been delighted with the service. However, this most recent delivery has an expiry date of Oct ‘25, which is barely 6mths. I always buy the 500 pack of Piriton to take me through the year and there’s always been an acceptable expiry date previously!”

“I'm pleased that My Pharmacy is diligent about asking questions before selling certain drugs, but I have bought the same drug from them twice now and they still asked the same questions. Would it be possible, when a customer logs in, to view the past history and therefore not keep asking the questions. Perhaps there could be a question that asks if anything has changed since last time.”
