Hi Lee, Unfortunately your order was placed around the planned Royal Mail strike that ocurred on 24th, 25th, 30th November and December 1st. We dispatched your order the same day it was placed, but due to the strike it likely got caught in Royal Mails backlog. A warning was placed prior to the strike at checkout that all orders placed on or around those dates would likely suffer delays in delivery, and the DPD option was recommended if the order was needed urgently. Won't use again. Took far too long to deliver - I would have been quicker waiting the 3 weeks to see my doctor. Sending photos is a nuisance. Asking me for a photo of my eczema which when ordering had not flared up. Thus cream is to gave for when I have flare ups.

Hi there, For some conditions, we require photo evidence to make an accurate diagnosis and offer the most appropriate treatment. We understand this can sometimes cause frustration, but it's in the interest of both the prescriber and patient, to deliver medication safely. I'm trully sorry but my review is not going to be positive unless I receive my order. It says it was dispatched on 21st November but I've not received it yet. Using the tracking number provided I can see that it has been sent to Royal Mail at 17:57 but no other information is available. I since purchased Omeprazole elsewhere and cheaper. Hence, I would like my money back. Unfortunately, can't see a contact for your office anywhere. Hence, my only option at the moment is this review.

Hi Denisa, Your order was placed on 20th November, and we packed and dispatched it the next working day, 21st November. Once the parcel has left the premises it is entirely up to Royal Mail to fulfill the delivery instructions. Unfortunately, it looks like your order was delayed due to the strikes currently ongoing at Royal Mail. A warning was placed prior to the strike at checkout that all orders placed on or around those dates would likely suffer delays in delivery, and the DPD option was recommended if the order was needed urgently. The tracking for your parcel has now been updated, stating it has been recieved at the sorting depot. Ordered the medication on Friday paid for fast delivery to reach me by Monday. The parcel has still not been delivered, after 10 days! Apparently it was placed in someone else's porch with 9 days of delay. Outrageous.

Hi Timea, Apologies that your order hasn't reached you yet. Your order was placed outside of working hours on Saturday, 26th November. It was dispatched promptly the following Monday via Royal Mail 1st Class. We can see from your tracking information that Royal Mail has indeed marked the parcel as delivered and placed in a safe place. As per your email, we understand that it looks to have been delivered to the wrong address and no safe space was specified. Hi Nicole, Your order was placed after hours on a Friday evening, meaning your order would not be dispatched until the following Monday as we are closed on the weekend. The order was packed and dispatched the same day via Royal Mail the following Monday. Unfortunately, once your order had reached the Royal Mail sorting depot, they had failed to scan your parcel due to ongoing strikes, further delaying your order. A warning was placed prior to the strike at checkout that all orders placed on or around those dates would likely suffer delays in delivery, and the DPD option was recommended if the order was needed urgently. Regrettably, this was completely out of our hands and we did everything we could from our end for you to recieve your delivery in a timely manner. Kind regards, My Pharmacy

Hi Courtney, The postage you selected was Royal mail tracked first class. This s not a guaranteed service and can take 1-2 days to arrive, this is clearly stated on the website. We do offer next guaranteed options but this needs to be selected on checkout. Ordered and paid for Naproxen - Crescent Pharma brand but they sent me cheaper brand Naproxen - Wockhardt generic. This cheaper brand cost half price from othet online pharmacies! I will not use this site again and recommend you to avoid too. They showing one brand medicin and sendindg different brands that is unacceptable!!!

Hi there, All of our generic medicine product pages have a clear disclaimer under the product image explaining the image is only for stock purposes and brands may vary. My order never came. I asked the delivery driver to leave it at my local post office which they didn't do. I asked for a redelivery as I'm disabled and can't go to the other post office but this was never made. I still haven't received my parcel or any communication from mypharmacy or the post office

Hi, Please accept our apologies that your order did not arrive as planned. We dispatched your order the day after you placed it via Royal Mail 2nd Class. Once the parcel has left the premises it is entirely up to Royal Mail to fulfill the delivery instructions. We are not entirely sure what happened regarding your parcel. It seems Royal Mail initially tried to deliver it to your requested drop off point, but there was no answer. Tracking indicates that your parcel has been collected as of 29/11. awful, they kept asking for more and more information before supplying the medication, literally 3 different emails over 4 days asking for numerous verifications for me and also my partner, all they had to do was ask once but it was a long drawn out process, won't use them again, they did eventually send the prescription but it was an epic, poor admin confirming identity, took way to long.

Hi, Apologies you feel this way, however due to the nature of our products we must verify the identity of both the shipping and billing adresses (provided they are different) as stated on the website. In the case of your order, both the shipping address and billing address were different, as well as the names of the people on the billing and shipping address. Kind regards, My Pharmacy

Hi Marina, Sorry to hear that you haven't recieved your order. We dispatched your order on the same day it was placed via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery. Looking at your tracking number, it would seem Royal Mail tried to deliver your parcel but there was no answer.
