Dear Spencer.
The box of medication is relatively small however there is additional packaging to ensure the product is not damaged in transit. We use the smallest box possible and the vast majority of the time the box can be posted.
We have no control over the size of letter boxes or the individual courier delivering the parcel. We have tracked your parcel and is awaiting your decision to have it delivered at a more convenient time.

“I bought my allergy tablets on here.
During checkout I intentionally clicked not to go for the default 1st class £5.99 next day shipping cos it was not urgent and cos I purchased an item that was only £3.69 so I clicked on 2nd class at £3.99 and I very clearly remembered doing this.
However I found out after I had checked out that the website defaulted my delivery method back to 1st class £5.99.
As you I can imagine I was livid but there was nothing to be done. What made it worse is that the item was not delivered until 3 working days later.

Thank you for your feedback. The postage is selected on checkout by the customer and can be amended at any time. The difference between 1st class and 2nd class is £1.
The order was placed on 22/08/23 and delivered on 24/08/23 well within the accepted time frame for 1st class postage.

Your order was placed at 6:08 pm Thursday, the 3rd August, after we had closed for the day. It was then dispatched the next morning, Friday with the delivery option you had selected, DPD signed NEXT DAY 12pm.
Before checkout, each postage option has additional information underneath. The postage option you selected states the following - Delivered by 12pm - If ordered before 3 pm (Excludes Weekends & Hols). Therefore your order was delivered within the given timeframe.

“I ordered 1 item ( by rule I can't have more then 1 a delivery???)
after several try I managed to finish the order : £3.50 plus delivery ( I choose the cheapest)
The result is that I got 1 box with 4 bottles delivered by the postman and they took £ 11 plus £11 plus £ 3.50 from my bank account.

You paid twice for shipping because you placed two separate orders. Upon noticing this, we refunded one of your postage charges on the day you placed the orders, and sent both orders out in a single box.

“I found the product (Vit D 2000) and the price was a little over average. I paid for fastest delivery but delivery delayed and no refund. When product arrived it was 20,000 UI instead of 2,000 UI. Lucky I checked as you can OD on Vit D - not good for the body. I left message Saturday asking for my product and return label. I am still waiting for a response. I now have to order elsewhere as I'm out of meds. Not impressed so far obviously.”
