“Ordering and dispatch was fine. There was an issue with the courier, delivery was delayed and I received conflicting messages from the courier. With Christmas approaching I contacted My Pet Warehouse and they were straight on the case, contacting the courier and advised me there was an issue with one of the vehicles. Clarified the situation for me and advised me the goods oiled be delivered the following day, which it was. So good result from a situation not of their making and top marks for prompt response.”

“Ordering was easy. Free next working day delivery which was achieved. Price was okay for the Carnilove food, not the cheapest, but they did have Darf food, which not available in many places which made it convenient purchasing both. Good communications. Overall pleased.”

“I was looking to find Darf kibbles with turkey. I thought thats what I bought but I received the complete one instead of Turkey. Either way, my dogs loved it and I will make sure I receive the turkey one next time. Regarding delivery, quick and easy.”

“The service from my pet warehouse was an efficient and speedy. The only thing to let them down was the delivery. DPD decided they would not try and deliver when they originally should have putting the message, ‘sorry we missed you’. They hadn’t even been to my house. Whilst I would consider using my pet warehouse again, the delivery end would put me off”

“Ordered a few times now as my pet warehouse uk have a really good selection of cat food that you can't find anywhere else. Delivery has always been smooth and timely. My only problem is having to pay for delivery as the minimum spend for free delivery is quite high compared to most sites.”

“Its only my first order so cant really give 5 stars. But good price and fast delivery . The small issue they could offer a reward when referring others. Ie 10% discount on next order. That would push me more to refer my entourage. So bit disappointed on this side.”
