“Very prompt and efficient service once the dog food was back in stock online. However, I didn’t receive a back-in-stock email as requested + their Malvern store told me there was a supply difficulty a few hours before it returned in-stock online. Consequently I ended up buying a small bag off the larger kibble whilst there in case I ran out.”

“Delivery is always very fast and reliable. One of my pet (!) hates is the use of “free delivery”. A business wouldn’t be in business for very long if it was giving things away, so why not say it as it is: “included in the price”, or “at no extra charge”. This goes for all online shopping of course, not just My Pet Warehouse. My only other moan is that the Canagan tins I want are sometimes out of stock. I usually like to order 4 flavours each time but this isn’t always possible. Other than that, I’m really happy and am looking forward to using the loyalty points I’ve been building up on a “free” order.”

Ordering was easy, good communication about my order, which was dispatched quickly. Prices can be a little on the more expensive side for some items but I am very impressed overall”
