“I like the choice offered. My order was delivered within a very short time. I was surprised that the dog food I had in a previous order was no longer available, is the reason for dropping one star. Putting that aside, the web site was easy to use and delivery of goods was excellent.”

“Always receive dog food that I order within a day or 2 so that is good. i would like more clarity regarding any discounts that I earn so that I can compare the overall cost to other online dog food suppliers who sell Eden 15kg country cuisine and 15kg Eden Fish cuising”

“Smallish range of products, but this has been thought about, very good quality products and brands, speediest delivery ever using DPD not the budget companies that lose parcels, excellent, excellent. Would highly recommend this company. Everything that I have ordered has been "in date" and "not near expiry date" so have not had to return anything. Products could be secured a little better in the boxes, some of the food trays have been badly dinted on arrival, maybe a word with DPD or a fragile/handle with care sticker needed, minor thing, other than that very happy.”

“I have made a few purchases from My Pet Warehouse now and I am always pleased with the range of products and their quality. The supply is consistent, I haven't experienced many out of stock issues. Everything arrives quickly and the delivery updates are helpful. 1 star lacking only because the packaging sometimes needs a bit more secureness. My latest box had split at two short edges on one end (could be the delivery company at fault of course) but luckily the small packets of dog treats which were loose in the box hadn't fallen out. I'll still be buying from them.”

“Good prices that don't seem to go up quite as quickly as other suppliers. Efficient except for not having a guest purchase option - having to think of a password just to buy dog food is really irritating.”

“My recent order arrived quickly and it was well packaged. It's very easy to order from the website and they have a good loyalty scheme. As a customer who has registered I find the order history very useful as mostly I repeat order with a few new extras. I have one small issue regarding my latest order regarding a treat product swap, I'm assuming something was out of stock and a substitute was made. Mostly this isn't a problem but occasionally there have been treats that disagrees with my dogs digestion so I'd prefer a credit just to be on the safe side.”

“The only issue that I had was that my last order was split in two with one box arriving in the morning and the second box arrived in the afternoon. It resulted in me having to wait in which was a waste of my time”

“Very happy with super fast service from ordering to being delivered My only grumble is navigating round the website as somehow find myself going to check out before managing to redeem my loyalty points Also preferred the shape of the previous cardboard boxes as they were more streamlined for storing away until needed.... I always buy 2 sacks at once and I used to be able to fit the spare box in a large plastic bag to act as a deterrent for my dog breaking into cupboard and ripping open unopened sack as a defiant protest when she's left home alone”

“My dog has bad allergies and has to eat obscure meats . This food has been great for him to mix with his vegetarian biscuits . He has had no bad reactions which is has been brilliant for him.”

“I ordered quite a few tins of Alpha Spirit cat wet food. The shipment for site to my door was very fast as it has been before but sadly a lot of the tins were dented and some even had slight, what seemed to be, corrosion on the lids so I am not sure where these tins were stored but they were somewhat damaged and this isn't something that could have happend during delivery seeing as they were all pretty well packed and the box they were in wasn't damaged at all. So, a little worried about where they are being kept but overall I am very happy with the prices on the website and the fast shipment but as I said the quality of the items when they arrived worried me a little.”

“Really good selection of good quality dog beds online, very helpful staff & good chat line if you need help. Very quick delivery by reliable courier (DPD) too. One thing though - check the sizing of the bed you want carefully, the information on measurements is all there, but further down the webpage! I selected medium from the dropdown menu under the bed description, without realising it referred to the outside dimensions & it was too small when it arrived. So I had to send it back at my expense. Would have given 5 stars if not for that!”
