Bought a 2 pack of orijen 11.4Kg, one bag arrived with a huge whole in, when contacting them to resolve the situation they said it must have been me when opening the box and advised me to dispute the payment with my bank.

First time ordering from My Pet Warehouse and encountered an issue with the dog food delivered. I emailed, enclosing photos, asking for someone to look into it & get back to me, and no response. After spending over £70 on one bag of dog food, I would expect better customer service. Going back to my previous supplier - saving a few £ was NOT worth it.

The delivery has been "refused" by the driver 5 times because he doesn't know where my address is even though I gave him directions via phone. I've had to buy dog food elsewhere because I'm still waiting for this one. I still haven't received the delivery.

Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that DPD haven't delivered your parcel and have caused you issues. We only wish you had contacted us sooner so we could've resolved this issue sooner. We've issued you with a full refund as the order is now being returned to ourselves. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Hello Michelle, Thank you for your review. We apologise for the delay in receiving your parcel from DPD, there currently dealing with unprecedent volumes of parcels, largely because of the Royal Mail strikes which has caused a delay in current areas. Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to speed up your parcel and DPD are working around the clock to deliver parcels ASAP. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

WE LIVE IN A REMOTE PART OF BALA WITH A WIDE POST CODE. I GAVE EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DELIVERY DRIVER NOW TO ACCESS THE TRACK TO THE HOUSE AND ALSO WHERE TO LEAVE THE PARCEL IN THE DPD BOX AT THE BOTTOM OF THE TRACK. IT WAS MEANT TO BE DELIVERED LAST FRIDAY AND I STAYED IN IN CASE OF A PROBLEM. I GOT A NOTE AND PICTURE FROM THE DRIVER OF WHERE HE HAD TRIED TO DELIVER THE PARCEL, THE PROPERTY BORE NO RELATION TO MY ADDRESS. THE PARCEL WAS THEN SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON MONDAY AND YET AGAIN I LEFT EXPLICIT INSTRUCTIONS TO WHERE THE DPD BOX IS - YET AGAIN IT WAS NOT DELIVERED AS THE DRIVER COULD NOT FIND THE ADDRESS. IN THE END I ARRANGED FOR IT TO BE DELIVERED TO A LOCAL PHARMACY IN THE TOWN WHERE I PICKED IT UP ON TUESDAY. EXTREMELY DISSAPPOINTING SERVICE. PRODUCT ALWAYS GOOD SO NO PROBLEM WITH THAT.

We're sorry to hear you had an issue with your delivery with DPD, the delivery instructions you provided when you placed your order were passed onto DPD but unfortunately it doesn't look like they were followed, we'll get this raised with DPD. If you had contacted us when DPD first attempted delivery we would have been able to speak with DPD to resolve this issue. We apologise again for the error and the inconvenience caused.

The product is excellent, delivery said 1-2 days but it was 5, and the driver left the large package in front of the catflap obstructing access for the cat

Thank you for your feedback. We advertise a 1 to 2 Working Day delivery, as your order was placed on a Friday Evening this meant your order wasn't dispatched until the next working day which was Monday, your order was delivered on Tuesday which is two working days after your order was placed. I apologise for the DPD the driver for leaving your parcel blocking access to your cat flap.

This bed was meant to be large! No measurements were given so I checked the measurements on another site for a large bed and thought this size would be perfect for my labrador. No way! It's so small! I want to send it back but it will probably cost a fortune! I will not be buying from this company again!

We're so sorry there's been a delay in receiving your order, since you've contacted us we've been in contact with DPD who informed us that your parcel had been damaged whilst in transit. Ordered two very large bags of kibble One was burst and contents spilled all over Emailed My Pet Warehouse on three separate occasions over 2 weeks with no response They still have not replied! There is no excuse for dreadful customer service
