Never had an issue with you guys, but on the last order where we ordered two different bags of cat food (PRIMAL SPIRIT, one Iberian pork and one Salmon) we received both Iberian pork.

I never received the lead to this order - although they had photographic evidence of it being in the box and it had been scanned. Not happy with the way it was dealt with.

I am disappointed to write this review as I have ordered from this company many times before and always been impressed by their service. My latest experience leaves me with a nagging feeling that I may have overpaid for the dog food I regularly order in the past. It was only when I happened to click on the ‘offers’ tab that it turned out the 12kg bags of Eden dog food had a multi buy offer if you ordered two bags. I already had two bags in the basket but the price was over £10 more than the offer price. Why is it that after placing two bags in the basket was it not automatically calculated that I was eligible for the multi buy offer? Have an I missed on this same offer a number of times before? Feel a bit betrayed to be honest. Not making a customer aware that there is an offer that applies to their order is not good customer service.

Hello Kati, Thank you for your feedback. We offer a multi buy discount on 2x12kg Eden Dog Food to enable customers to save money when we're able to save on carrier charges. Unfortunately our system doesn't allow us to discount two 12kg's when purchased if the bags are added to the basket separately, hence why we then have a seperate product for the 2x12kg multi buy. This product is advertised on the product page of the products that a multi buy is available on, if you scroll down on the 12kg product page the multi buy appears. I hope this helps explain.

Product fine but the delivery was not left at our house and taken to a post office that is several miles away from nearest option which is 1/2 mile away. In past package has always been left on doorstep which is fine.

The bed arrived with multiple loose threads, not something I would expect for a pricey bed. There was a loose thread in the middle of the cushion, not near a seam. I contacted customer service via email, the first response I received was very dismissive. My second email didn’t get a response. Honestly, quite disappointed

I am consistently happy with the quality of the food I purchase and the speed at which it is dispatched and delivered. However, the packaging leaves much to be desired. Each delivery has badly damaged tins. This delivery the box was so badly damaged it collapsed when I moved it to open. The only packaging inside the box to protect the tins was brown paper. I am.surprised this order arrived at all. The weight in the box far exceeded what the box was capable of taking. Whilst I appreciate the need to be environmentally friendly with packaging and.fully support this, I do expect what I purchase to arrive in tip top condition. This damage is not down to the delivery people. This parcel was too heavy to.be thrown around!

Last two shipments of Eden wet food have had badly dented cans, this last time a can was burst and the jelly squirted out on three others when opened. Sent an email with photos but as yet no reply. Either the packaging is too flimsy (although no apparent damage to the outer box) or the the handling is poor. Will wait for response to email to decide if I will use the company again.

I ordered a 12kg bag of dog food but only received a 6kg bag but was charged fir the 12kg bag . Despite them looking into this, i am still not happy as i have been overcharged if this is the case. Will not use them again

We investigated this issue when you reported it to us, having verified the weight of the parcel you received with DPD they confirmed to us that the parcel weighted 12.5kg, 12kg for the dog food you ordered and 0.5kg for the box.
