“I needed to buy a spare part for my Phillips Seaco coffee machine, Phillips support directed me to MrBean2cup. On their website I looked up my coffee machine manufacturer and model number, then I found the parts breakdown diagrams for the machine and found the part I needed, ordered the part, this arrived as advised, fitted the part and now my coffee machine works again, fantastic ! This is how it's supposed to work.”

“I ordered a replacement Steam Valve and as it did not come with a new Seal for the Water Inlet (you think it would for the high price), i also ordered this 'extra' Seal. Alas the Seal supplied was the wrong size for the Steam Valve i had purchased from tbe same people.”
