Thank you for your message, and I'm sorry to hear your order hasn’t arrived yet. Your order was dispatched on the 22nd of April via Royal Mail Large Letter (3–15 working days, untracked). As we’re currently on day 8, it’s still within the expected delivery window. Royal Mail has until the 7th of May to deliver the item.
