“I'll be honest––the website is a bit of a mare to use, but the service is efficient and my order was despatched on time, received on time, and items as expected. Sent email query, answered me within the hour. WIll be using again, despite the website being a mare!”

“Fantastic service from these guys. I ordered a part for my Gaggia and tried to add something else afterwards. Not only did they deal well with my request, even sending an email to confirm how to order the extra parts, but them helped to correct my order so I got the right part!”

“Really pleased with the service. The website made it very easy to find the replacement parts needed for my ageing Gaggia Baby D espressio machine, and one of MrBean2Cup's videos helped me diagnose a problem with it. The parts arrived promptly and my machine is now making perfect espresso. I also ordered a tamper and the quality is exceptionally good. Thank you!”

“This is my second Gaggia Brera over the last several years and wouldn't be without it. Fortunately I'm very hands on and replacing elements of the brew group fixed the problems. Well done for being able to supply the required parts in a very short timeframe. Job done 👍”

“Excellent service. You could not expect more. From a video clip that I emailed, George diagnosed the fault a broken gearbox and was able to supply parts. I ordered the parts online which arrived the following day. I replaced the broken parts. My Gaggia Titanium bean to cup machine is working like new. All this within 24hours. Well done George.
