“It took a few emails and prompting to get the rep to give me the part reference of push button controller module. I replaced the part myself and the machine is working as before.”

“Repaired my “Brera” grinder issue using easy to identify spares from the Website and reassurance from technical staff who pointed me to an additional “How To Repair” video. After a deep clean, a few replacement gaskets and some fine adjustments I now have great cups of coffee again.”

“Products arrived as scheduled. Would have been useful to have instructions to fit the water tank handle as it’s very flimsy and will easily break if it’s forced.”
