“Great exploded diagram of my older coffee machine allowed accurate identifcation of parts needed. All in stock, & good delivery. Would have given 5 stars if tiny rubber seals hadn't been so agressively priced. However coffee machine works great now, leaks cured, so happy & would recommend MrBean2cup & will use again.”

“v helpful to be able to get replacment parts, and easy to order and deleivered quickly, but the prices are in many cases extremely high. I will do more research next time to see if I can find parts at a better price. This is shame bcasue otherwise the service is very good.”

“It took a few emails and prompting to get the rep to give me the part reference of push button controller module. I replaced the part myself and the machine is working as before.”

“Repaired my “Brera” grinder issue using easy to identify spares from the Website and reassurance from technical staff who pointed me to an additional “How To Repair” video. After a deep clean, a few replacement gaskets and some fine adjustments I now have great cups of coffee again.”
