“Item price was reasonable for the item itself, specifically a Gaggia Silicone O-ring D=5x1.2mm for the steam wand nozzle. costing £1.44. However, the cost of P&P made this tiny item ridiculously expensive with the all-in price reaching £3.60. PTFE tape did work well in making a good seal, prior to my receiving this item, though it is difficult to say how long it would have held up. Quick dispatch and good communication throughout, so can't fault that.”

“Good product but very slow for delivery”

Thank you for your feedback, Franco! You placed an order on the 4th of April at 5:10pm (Tuesday), we dispatched your order on the 5th of April (our cut off time is 2pm, Mon-Fri) with " Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter, Delivery in 2-4 working days" which they delivered on the 8th of April (Saturday) allowing you to fit the parts and enjoy Easter with a great cup of coffee! Please note 7th of April was Good Friday with no deliveries I am sorry if you find this service too slow, you may opt for a Tracked 24 (1-3 days) service next time, if you need a part urgently.

“Flow sensor sent was the wrong part! Inlet & Outlet at right angles, instead of one above other as in the drawing! Would cost more to send back than part worth! You need to check parts against drawings!!!!!”

Thank you for your feedback, Richard! Unfortunately, there is only one flowmeter sold by Delonghi that you can easily reset. I hope my advice to readjust the flowmeter helped.

“The information that you supplied was very helpful in establishing which spare part that I needed and the delivery was timely. However I do consider that the price was frankly on the expensive side which prompted me to even considering making my own with my 3D printer. I buy many articles online and the cost of postage seemed exorbitant to me compared to most items that I buy of a similar size and weight. I am sorry that I cannot give you a better feedback because I think that you provide a good service apart from the issues above”
