“I am not very happy using mrbeantocup, but needed to ge tmy coffee machine fixed. The site is not fit for purpose. On checkout, it states to be absolutely sure the part is correct and to contact them for advice, something like that. I may be a bit vague on details. it does not work. I tried it. It is useless. When you click on the assitance for the part yu require - you can only progress if you slect a manufacturer. I was asking advice on a DeLonghi part, and nothing on the drop down for delonghi. I needed 2 heavy springs that sit inside the brew unit, the thing with the plate on top. The offered parts looked nothing like the real springs. Instead of puchasing 2 springs, I had to buy the whole brew unit with pipes coming out of it, at considerable expense. All because you guys cant get your website correct or make it impossible to ask questions about the parts you are selling. If I am having these problems, others are as well, and probably give up and look elsewhere. I've seen this before. Where a company has a Software Dev that is absolutely sure they know what they are doing, but fail to test their product correctly in th ereal world and make sure the site is fit for everyone, and not a small minority.”

I’m sorry for the confusion and frustration you experienced.It looks like your order was for a mechanics valve rather than the complete brew unit, and DeLonghi doesn’t sell those two large springs separately—so they don’t appear on our diagrams. “The spare parts supplied were perfect replacements which fitted on my Delonghi coffee machine, it fixed the problem. I like the way they give you the parts diagram for your machine, it makes it so much easier to get the right parts. The delivery and communications were good also.”
