“Had trouble with a card payment and Mr Bean called me to help. He also went to the trouble of providing guidance on the repair for my loved Gaggia Classic... and despite strikes and snow, my replacement solenoid arrived within 2 days. Thanks Mr Bean2Cup - incredible service. Photo of machine prior to major service of the boiler. Top tip - it's easier to dismantle everything with an impact driver if you have one!”

“Actually spoke with to mr Bean himself (No the other one) who’s knowledge on coffee Machines knows no bounds, After a two minute discussion I was quickly sent to the online stair parts Page and within a few minutes my part was ordered and winging its way to me by Royal Mail All in all Happy days”

“Order dealt with efficiently and dispatched quickly. Delivery by Royal Mail was good with them keeping me informed. Unfortunately, the order did arrive with a piece missing and, after a quick email, a replacement was dispatched. I particularly liked the rapid response to my order query, sent late pm, by return email from MrBean2Cup early the next day.”

Thank you for your feedback, Neil. You placed an order at 13:49 on the 2nd of December, Friday and the parcel was delivered at 10:32 on the 6th of December, Tuesday. I am sorry if you find this delivery slow with a service which delivers between 2-5 days as promised on the website before purchase and in the confirmation email after purchase.
