“Very good service on delivering the spare parts I think I need to service my old and well loved coffee machine that Mr Bean 2 Cup can no longer get parts to complete the service on the machine, one day I will be back to purchase another machine.”

Thank you for your feedback and pictures. Wow! What a rip on the cardboard box! Just imagine the force that the packing had to absorb to protect your rather fragile milk carafe...and it did! Thanks for sharing!
