“Excellent service from MrBean2Cup. They found a part that others could not - in fact it was included as part of another part and they tracked it down and sent it very promptly to me. I will not bother with any other company next time I have a problem with my coffee machine - straight to MrBean2Cup!”

“When the UK arm of Gaggia was bought out I didn't know who to turn to when my beloved Gaggia Titanium had issues. Before being sold off, I had sent it away to them because of various issues and it was returned with the chassis buckled. A replacement was sent however it gave a bad taste to the mouth for me not to use them again. That was in 2007. I then found MrBean2Cup and from that day, my heart sings. If I need advice, spare parts or coffee, MrBean2Cup is second to none. Efficient, helpful and a gem of a find. I like to repair my own machine so if I have an issue - and I had a few last year: coffee not dispensing, ventilate issues, steam issues - getting advice and parts have been a doddle. They are more than helpful and the service is quick. Prices for parts are invariably cheaper than Ebay or other suppliers ie Gaggia. And the bonus? You can buy the Gaggia coffee there too!”

Thank you for your feedback, Franco! You placed an order on the 4th of April at 5:10pm (Tuesday), we dispatched your order on the 5th of April (our cut off time is 2pm, Mon-Fri) with " Royal Mail Tracked 48 Large Letter, Delivery in 2-4 working days" which they delivered on the 8th of April (Saturday) allowing you to fit the parts and enjoy Easter with a great cup of coffee! Please note 7th of April was Good Friday with no deliveries I am sorry if you find this service too slow, you may opt for a Tracked 24 (1-3 days) service next time, if you need a part urgently.
