We have switched to MessageDirect from another call answering provider and we have noticed a big improvement. Our clients no longer complain we don't answer the calls.
We now get our messages and phone calls directed as instructed (previously no phone calls were passed just an email advising we missed a call).
Our out-of-hours service is also covered with engineers receiving clear instructions and no call being left without someone taking ownership.
We are at the start of our journey with MessageDirect but so far we would definitely recommend.
