Whilst we have had a few issues with the information collected from some callers, our onboarding/sales support Lauren has been quick to address the issues and put measures in place to stop any reoccurrence. The script that we provided can be amended at any time and our onboarding/sales support is knowledgeable about our account and the volume of calls received. Messages Direct touches base regularly to see whether everything is working well and whether we want to make adjustments to our instructions.
