Calls are answered quickly and professionally. When we first implemented the service; given the operators are required to field our calls, some clients were frustrated with the level of questioning they got when they called but we got round this by giving out DDIs
Some of the 'missed call' messages are not always clear but on the whole it's a great service and I would recommend Message Direct
