“My Mum’s service was perfect. Everything I asked for was carried out from the music to having some of the service by the pond. The staff were professional and the grounds/chapel were clear and tidy. Everything went smoothly and I came away thinking that Mum would have been pleased with how everything went which is a comfort. I received Mum’s ashes within a few days after the service which I was happy about. Thanks so much.”

“I had many comments from family and friends who attended my husband's funeral .They were saying how lovely the crematorium was compared to the much larger ones. They felt there was the personal touch which is most important at these occasions. None of us felt 'rushed' ans everything went very well.”

“What a fantastic location for a crematorium, sent in wonderful grounds with plenty of parking and facilities. The chapel itself is lovely and light with comfortable seating. Loved the addition of screens for sharing photos during reflection time. I would be more than happy to pass though here when my time comes. Thank you.”

“How to write a positive review of a crematorium? Having held Mum’s service at Blacon thirteen years ago in an old building which felt bleak, hard and unwelcoming, Northop Memoria was the complete opposite on a cold snowy day last January. Whilst we didn’t fill all the seats the room didn’t feel empty and was able to accommodate our guests, the Naval ceremonial aspects of the service, and touches like photographs of Dad. Although I was aware we had a set time, the service was unhurried. At the end I was especially grateful for the coffin not disappearing and we opted for the curtains being drawn. It was a dignified farewell in a serene setting, thank you.”

“The funeral directors guided us along with the celebrant that followed us to the crematorium. The service was comforting in a very peaceful, clean and calming atmosphere. The photo tribute set to music was lovely and enjoyed by all the family and friends. It couldn't have gone better.”

“The space is absolutely amazing. Everyone was so lovely and really helped with everything. They went above and beyond to make the service as nice as it could be. They even changed the colour of the lighting to my partners favourite colour. They did an amazing service for him and I will be forever grateful”
