“The building and grounds are extremely well kept and are light and airy and attractive. The car park was adequate for the amount of mourners. The service went very well and was flawless, exceptional in fact. My only concern was when we drove in, behind the hearse, we were ushered into the car park whereas we wanted to follow the hearse around to the door. We had previously been allowed to do that the year before for Dads funeral. Thank you”

“The setting for my sister's service was beautiful. The accommodation was comfortable & very well laid out. The screening of the service was well received by those unable to attend in person. They felt as though they were there. Everything was done very well. Thank you.”

“The staff at North Herts Memorial Park and Crematorium recently went out of their way to assist me with conducting a very sensitive funeral. The chapel was set up with precision and care and the chapel assistant was on hand with guidance and practical help.”

“The service, surroundings and setting of the whole place were very pleasant, modern and clean. I was impressed with what was offered regarding webcasting the service, this allowed family & friends who couldn't attend to participate. Overall very impressed and would highly recommend it.”
