“As a family we were extremely happy with the service provided at Waveney crematorium. The staff were approachable, courteous, and respectful. The crematorium had a calm and serene ambience and made a difficult day a pleasant experience. My young grandson has autism and was allowed to tour the crematorium prior to the funeral to familiarise himself with the setting. The member of staff was very helpful in explaining the process, and presented him with a teddy to accompany him and comfort him on the day, which was extremely thoughtful. The gardens are stunning and even though it's only been a few weeks, we have already enjoyed returning to think about our loved one. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Waveney Crematorium to other families.”

“The facilities were very calming and peaceful. At such a sad time, everyone was considerate and helpful. The chapel was light, airy and modern. The music and the slideshow of photographs went very smoothly. As a family we were pleased with the service provided.”

“On this occasion I was there for my late Husband's Funeral service I personally didn't have any issues . But afterwards some friends told me about one of the attendees going down and taking the reserved signs down of the side of the seating and whilst outside being told to hurry up as they had another funeral coming in .”

“The grounds and crematorium are very peaceful. As family were coming from various places, they arrived early. There was a pleasant waiting room and they were very impressed with the grounds and especially the garden of remembrance. All in all in a difficult time everyone said the service was lovely and very peaceful”

“The sad occasion of my mother's funeral was made all the easier by the tranquil, calm, comfortable and professional ambience of the Denbighshire Memorial Park and Crematorium. Beautiful surroundings and many thoughtful features. Just one small observation, though. At the front of the chapel there were some pens in a holder. What seemed bizarrely incongruous was that the pen holder was....an old Lyle's Golden Syrup tin! There may be a story attached to this item, but it really didn't seem to be in keeping with the rest of the chapel. This was only a minor detail and under normal circumstances would probably go unnoticed, but, of course, in my life my mother's committal service wasn't 'normal circumstances'.”

“A lovely venue that served as a great place to celebrate my dad’s life with all his family and friends. It doesn’t have the ‘rushed’ approach that other crematoriums have so we were very pleased we chose it. Thank you”
