“We could not have asked for better service or surroundings for Jennifer’s service. Staying 150 miles away and arranging everything over the phone, you wonder what the crematorium would be like. Comfortable surroundings and a very professional service were received by us. Thank you.”

“I recently had the positive experience of working with Woodside on saying goodbye to my mother, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the compassion and professionalism shown during such a difficult time. The staff was incredibly attentive, ensuring that every detail was handled with the utmost care and respect. The facility itself is peaceful and beautifully maintained, providing a serene atmosphere for saying our final goodbyes. They made a challenging process much easier, allowing us to focus on remembering our Mum.”

“Although this crematorium was a little farther to travel, we are so glad that we decided to hold our beloved Fathers service here. On a hot day the air conditioning was a blessing and everything was so perfectly organised. The live streaming of the service was watched by family and friends around the world. Thank you.”

“My husband had a very large turn out for his funeral which was great for him however as the next funeral was about to start I wasn’t able to thank everyone for turning up and paying their respects to him. I only got to see about 70% of attendees so have no idea who actually did attend. This is quite distressing as I would have liked to thank everyone in person. We were quickly hurried away from the crematorium to make room for the next funeral which obviously they need their time slot but I think is an issue that needs addressing so future mourners are not left feeling as I am. I feel really distressed about this situation. I am sure I am not the only grieving person to feel like this. We did have a wake afterwards but not everyone turned up to that. I was left wondering who did attend my husband’s funeral which is not a good feeling.”

“With coloured lighting and my husband’s name above, it felt so respectful. The seating was really comfortable and just the right distance from where he lay. Outside the covered walkway where we met and chatted to our guests was spacious and ideal for a large gathering with a dedicated area to browse the floral tributes. As this is a new crematorium it will be even better when the trees have matured but even now the grounds are lovely.”

“The service was as we wanted. Everything went well. The facilities were great and couches very comfortable to sit on. The only thing was we had to wait for funeral party before to leave so we were in the cars sitting for 5 mins - it was a hard 5 mins otherwise a perfect day and lovely surroundings. The quality of reflection photos were great”

“I would like to say Memoria are a fantastic. During a time when I didn't know what I was doing they went over and beyond to make sure myself and Daughter gave her father the Celebration of Life he deserved at Woodside Crematorium and it was beautiful. When his ashes were returned to us in the Wooden Urn we had picked it was lovely . They also have lots of other ways you can have ashes put into items for your own special keepsake . I would like to especially thank Hayley and Sam who dealt with me and emailed and phoned just to see how I was some days . I would highly Recommend Memorial if you decide on Cremation Your loved one is dealt with Respectfully and there is so much that can be done to make the funeral unique and what you want and they don't charge over the odds like some places . Everything is done for you ,you just tell them what you want and they sort out the rest . A special Thanks Again to Sam Duffet and Hayley Graham for Everything and Thank You to The Funeral Directors at Woodside Crematorium From Myself and My Daughter . 10/10”

“The Crematorium is a very peaceful place to attend in a lovely setting. Everything went as planned and as the family had requested. The photo roll is a really nice way to pay tribute to a loved one and provide an overview of their life. We were. Here for my Elder Sons funeral in June 2020, another reason for choosing this place.”
