“A beautiful setting , the location is perfect .Chapels are set out well for all abilities with some very sensitive touches . The afternoon tea in the Churchill Pavillion was just perfect . Selection of cakes and sandwiches very extensive and the service was great . The experience made the day a beautiful memory on such a sad occasion.”

“The Crematorium itself is modern and comfortable, with excellent sound and visual displays. The grounds are extremely attractive and it has a very large car park. It is splendid that there is a rest room and toilet. It is peaceful and comforting.”

“The crematorium was lovely and peaceful, plenty of space , was very impressed with the webcast for people that couldn’t make the service. The staff were fabulous. 10/10. As a grieving family it made the day less stressful. Thank you .”

“I have been to quite a few funerals at Amber Valley, this being the first as a direct family member. We can't fault the place at all. It sits in beautiful surroundings and even on a dull day the place and the employees make you feel welcome and at ease on such a sad occasion. We love the new look sofa style seating although I think some older members of the congregation found them slightly difficult to get up from. The mood lighting, projected images, webcam facilities etc were a fabulous addition to my mum's funeral too. All in all, I think it is the nicest crematorium in the area and I can't thank everyone enough, including Gillotts Funeral Services and Diane Lightowler for everything you all did.”
