“My mum's service was held at Woodside Crematorium and the staff dealt with the service very sensitively and professionally. Her ashes were also returned quite quickly following the service.”

“Very pleasant, well maintained environment. We all appreciated a warm waiting room on an end-of-December day. Arrangements made over Christmas ran smoothly and chosen music was all available. Would query parking for the less mobile if longer running services.”

“Very nice intimate venue. However it was freezing cold and gale force winds and we were unable to wait anywhere inside before our service. If this was to be addressed it would definitely be a 5*. We only had communication with our funeral directors and not directly with Memoria”

“The facilities are lovely, the chapel bright and everything really calm and peaceful. The only thing is when the coffin descends at the commital - that is absolutely heartbreaking. Can you please have curtains like at Daldowie?”

“The most beautiful setting I’ve ever experienced. Grounds peaceful and beautiful. Warm cosy venue with cushioned seating. Only two of us could physically attend so having a live link meant others could be ‘there with us’ attending online without the need for long travelling. Lovely staff.”

“We were unfortunate enough to lose dad on the beginning of December and after contacting this wonderful company thay helped me through a very difficult process and made it all appear pain free and easy .I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend them to anyone needing this service. They cremated dad at my request 3 weeks after he passed .just before Christmas day lots of paperwork but again this company just sorted everything out . Both mum and myself owe them a debt we can never repay xx thank you for making dad's last journey so easy for us xx”
