“My mother's service was conducted with the utmost respect and dignity. The setting is very peaceful and calm. I cannot give enough praise to all concerned. My mother and I attended a previous service at Countesthorpe a couple of years back. Afterwards she expressly asked me to arrange a similar service for her when the time came. I fulfilled her wishes to have her service held there.”

“The celebration of life ceremony we had at the memoria was made that bit more special as the background staff went that extra mile for my mother by adding an Elvis pic slide as she was a massive Elvis fan. The memoria is warm and comfortable and a lovely place to send loved ones to heaven. Thankyou.”

“We recently held a service at North Herts Memoria for my late father. The crematorium is set in the peaceful countryside with beautiful surroundings and a calming, reflective atmosphere. Inside the crematorium, we found the chapel to be spacious, light and seating aplenty. Memoria met all our needs with music of our choice and allowing us to have the service broadcast via the web at very short notice. Staff were kind, helpful and compassionate. The car park was of a considerate size with plenty of disabled parking bays.”

“I cannot thank the staff from the Kirkleatham crematorium enough. My Mum's funeral was carried out with the utmost care. The facilities are amazing. Quiet and serene. I have been and walked around the Garden of Rememberance since the funeral and it is a wonderful setting. So well designed and beautiful. I am so so glad both my Mum's and Dad's Ashes are now at peace together.”

“It was absolutely just what we wanted for Mr John Colin Hooper. He recorded his own songs on CD's which were absolutely lovely. However, the second CD sound wonderful, lovely hearing Colin's voice but unfortunately Natalie from the Coop Funeral Home told me that the second CD had jammed and could not be returned with the other CD. She said she would return this to me but as yet I have not received it. Have you still got it or is there a problem.”

“The setting in the countryside helped to create a sense of peace as we entered the grounds. The building was light and spacious and there was no sense of being rushed which we very much appreciated. The music and sound quality were very good. Overall it was just what we wanted.”

“The crematorium at Amber Valley is the best I’ve been to , it’s so peaceful and the surroundings are beautiful. Inside is well laid out and very well set up . When we pulled into the grounds behind the hearse there was a gentleman gardening , and mowing the grass . He very respectfully stopped what he was doing stood with his head bowed and hands crossed as we went passed , we all commented on it saying how lovely that was , please pass on our thanks to him and all involved at the crematorium.”
