“We had a beautiful service done by Michelle pinnion.an absolutely outstanding celebrant in the beautiful well kept grounds of this crematorium. Can not fault anything”

“My mother’s funeral service was held at the crematorium. The atmosphere was very relaxed inside and out. The seating area was very comfortable and this helped the family and friends that attended to sit in comfort and feel less anxious on an extremely upsetting and stressful day. We have purchased a plot for my mother to rest in the memorial garden which could not be a nicer place to RIP. The staff have been very supportive and helpful throughout the whole process thank you 🙏”

“The crematorium itself was nice however we were charged double price for asking for our slot to be moved from 3pm to 4pm. We changed it a couple of days before the cremation and the slot was available But they said that 4pm Friday was a ‘priority time’ and so more expense. They didn’t inform us of the extra cost when we changed it but we were told a day later when it was too late to change again.”

“Very happy with the way dads cremation was conducted and Memoria as a company , the organiser Sue Willis was exceptional and Benedicts of Henlow the Funeral directors and celebrant again were brilliant .”

“We were immensely impressed and grateful for everything at our cousin's cremation. The chapel and setting are beautiful, the staff couldn't have been kinder, and the tea in the Churchill Pavilion was delicious. Thank you or everything.”
