“We had a small service here recently and found it to be a suitable location. The sound quality was good and the room itself was neutrally decorated. However, the curtains are very ugly and look cheap, would a velvet curtain not be more suitable? Also, they closed SO slowly, a few of us were in danger of getting the giggles.”

“Following both the passing away of my Mum and Dad just days apart, Memorial along with the FD were able to arrange duel service, keeping my parents together on their final journey. This made a traumatic event easier and then Olivia went a step further by offer her free time to assist in the scatter of the ashes. Memorial and their staff have gone beyond making the event bareable Thanks”

“From start to end the service provided for my Mum’s cremation at Kirkleatham crematorium was faultless. Our celebrant and funeral director handled all the communications and the arrangements went smoothly on the day. Scattering Mum’s ashes in the Remembrance garden was handled very well. Thank you.”

“We were quite disappointed with the access to the Crematorium as a service prior had run over their allotted time, which made it very hard for our mourners to gain access, especially people in taxis etc.. which added to our sadness. Also the coffin was put on the rollers at the very back, which meant we felt quite far away and as it was a private committal we feel that shouldn't have been done. As we would have wanted to go up and touch coffin, but it looked like it was on a conveyer belt with lots of rollers in front. This was raised with our Funeral Directors, Keegans after service but got no response from Memoria”

“We were fortunate to have a family service at North Oxford Crematorium and the staff were incredibly helpful, along with the service being everything we asked for. In addition they supported an out of main hours visit so we could show the children where it was, what would happen to make it much easier which they were more than happy to facilitate”
