“The crematorium was so elegant and modern, set in beautiful grounds. Everything went smoothly, the music we chose sounded wonderful, we never felt rushed. I am so very grateful that a sad ending to such a harrowing time went so well. I cannot thank you enough.”

“Not been to the South Leicestershire Crematorium before but found the building entirely appropriate for the occasion. Before that all arrangements were handled for me and there were no hitches throughout the process. My thanks to all concerned for handling my wife's funeral so well.”

“The service throughout was exemplary. The location was calm, conducive to the occasion and welcoming - despite the solemn occasion. The AV facilities were modern and worked perfectly. The location allowed a family member who was playing Organ on the day to try out the instrument the night before the ceremony. We were not rushed, and treated with dignity throughout.”

“The Service was excellent - I'd never been to Barry Crematorium before, it is light, bright and welcoming. The seating comfortable. The advance planning of the photomontage/ music presentation was well organised and worked out perfectly on the day - with the webcast available to those who couldn't come. I was very happy with this. The whole event was well managed and as enjoyable a tribute to the deceased as could be, under the circumstances. Thank you all very much. ..”

“Considering we were at a crematorium to say farewell to our beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother the humanist service was carried out beautifully in calm and relaxing surroundings. The whole event went perfectly.”

“Approach road could be wider. Arrange traffic island at Port Road junction so that traffic exiting Memoria HAS to turn left.Provide seating for mourners waiting for coffin.Arrange for light refreshments tea/coffee to be available.”

“It was not the first funeral I have attended at Garford but obviously the most important and emotional. It was superbly conducted. The only downside was that my wife had to be taken elsewhere for the actual cremation due to a technical problem. That was very difficult for me and caused me pain and stress.”
