“The whole place is very peaceful and tranquil and you dont feel rushed to leave. Being given an hour to say goodbye to your loved one is very calming. I'm not sure about the sofa's on the front too rows. I'm sure they're meant to help mourners feel at ease but for me they were too low down, just an observation. The sound system is very good and it was easy to hear the minister however the acoustics during the singing of the hymns wasn't great. Those sitting towards the back found it difficult to hear the organ and the oranist found the speaker being behind her made hearing the singing difficult. I do understand that this is possibly only relevant for a small number of services.”

“Good facility, no problems at all from our point of view but the funeral director dealt directly with the facility and their staff. We had a lot of people at our service and there was plenty of parking to accommodate. The chapel itself is comfortable and light, made for a lovely service.”

“My family and I were very pleased at the friendly, thoughtful and efficient service provided by Memoria after the death of my father. The people we dealt with couldn't have been nicer and the place struck us with its peaceful atmosphere and attractive layout. My mother is more than happy with Memoria as a place where eventually she can be with my Dad.”

“The chapel and gardens are calm spaces. All of the family’s requests were met making my Father’s service respectful and just as we wanted. I am very appreciative of all that was done to support our family before and during the service. A special thanks to the Celebrant who did so much to make the service special”

“My family held my fathers funeral in April 2025 at Woodside. The chapel is light, airy and welcoming to all who attended. The setting and location are idyllic and the chapel was spotlessly clean. Would recommend to others as a respectful and appropriate location and facility to say goodbye to loved ones.”
