“My mother-in-laws funeral was held at the North Herts Crematorium recently. I can only praise both Austins Funeral Directors and the crematorium for the sensitive way everything was handled. The funeral went smoothly, without any hitches, and the pickup of her ashes was very easy. I can only thank everyone involved for making a sad occasion very comfortable for all concerned.”

“Dear Sir or Madam ,considering the length of my speech about my Late Father I think you were absolutey fantastic ,had a lot of very good feedback from friends who have never been Waveney Crem . Its a lovely peaceful place with an interior that suits the now ,quite diverse forms of Service around peoples funerals ,ours being no exception . “The Service provided at Memoria was excellent. From the decor and seating in the Chapel, to the technical facilities, the grounds and the overall ambience, the whole event was a fitting tribute to my late wife. I would strongly recommend Memoria Cardiff & Glamorgan.”

“The setting for Memoria North Hertfordshire is set in just the right place, among trees and shrubbery screened from a busy road, and plenty of parking. It offered a tranquil setting for a funeral service with comfortable seating, and the feeling of not being hurried along.”

“Rebecca is an absolute asset to your company. She was warm and inviting on our first initial meeting. We had a lot of personal aspects to add to the funeral and Rebecca was constantly chasing and updating on us on what we needed to do. On the funeral day, she was so personable and helpful and was such a comfort leading everything. Her walk in front of the coffin was incredible. Huge Thanks to Rebecca for making everything run smoothly.”

“The location and setting are very peaceful. Your grounds and surrounding areas are nicely set out and landscaped beautifully. It was nice to find plentiful parking and the whole atmosphere was very tranquil and calm. Thank you to all the staff who made a sad experience very pleasant. I'm also sure that you weren't expecting an A400 aircraft to fly over! Once again, many thanks.”
