“The staff at Memoria followed our wishes for the service in a dignified and exact way. The surroundings and the room for the actual service were beautifully presented and made for a positive occasion. All communication was through our funeral director.”

“Memoria was light but comfortable. We had a selection of our photographs on a screen and choice of music played. We did not feel rushed. The grounds are beautiful and a lovely place for contemplation”

“It’s hard to write a review for the venue of such a sad event but I would just like to say that the arrangements, service, surroundings and staff were all perfect. It’s a very peaceful location, timings were just right so that we did not feel rushed or intruded upon.”

“Lovely location and grounds. Everything was organised by the funeral director and everything that was promised or asked for was provided. Service ran like clockwork and feedback from attendees was very positive. I would have no hesitation in recommending it as an excellent choice for a Crematorium in Hertfordshire.”

“Everything worked really well on the day in what was a very emotional time and we were really pleased with how smoothly the ceremony went. This is a lovely setting, very peaceful and tranquil. The facilities are new and being relatively small, have more of an intimate feel. My only issue was that the next service encroached into ours in that people were in the car park waiting for their service to start. It would have been better if there was a separate holding area for the next guests or a bigger spacing between services.”
