“Prior to using your service, my son and I visited the crematorium, and were shown around and told of the different aspects of the place by a very nice gentleman whose name we didn't get. However, it was all so much better than the other sites we had visited, it had many choices that one could apply to ones own funeral. The seating was more of sitting room rather than church seating, so that was pleasing as well. So all in all, a very pleasant experience. Thank you.”

“It's strange to write a review of a crematorium but I have to say, as hard as it was, having such a peaceful setting made it at least a little easier to say farewell to my dad. The site is very calming, the seating is very comfortable and welcoming and the technology is great - family who couldn't be there saw the entire service from dad arriving, us carrying him in and then all the talks etc. They also keep the flowers for a few days, so you have the option to collect them another day if you can't take them with you. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the celebrant we had called my dad by a totally different name at one point and I was far from happy. Nice lady, but I'm not sure she's the right choice for such an emotive job. I'm not sure if she's linked to the crematorium or the funeral director, but that was the only issue I had on the day.”

“I want to thank Memoria for everything they did for my husband's funeral. They followed my instructions to the letter and provided a beautiful service. The staff were wonderful in every way. Everyone who attended the funeral said the service was beautiful and memorable. Once again, thank you for making the saddest day of my life bearable.”
