“The location and chapel were lovely and comforting. The staff were superb. My only disappointment was that any flowers left were destroyed straight after a service. It would be a lovely gesture for these to be donated to a care home or such; or even left in a rememberance garden area. We did take our flowers, but for those that do not, I suggest donating them as they bring such joy.”

“A little confused initially as to whether we were allowed inside the foyer as we didnt want to impose on the previous service, fortunately the hearse arrived promptly which was appreciated as it was a chilly wind under the forecourt canopy. That being said its a lovely setting and all said how relaxed the atmosphere was which is why my wife chose to be cremated there after attending her mother and sister in law's service a short time ago. thankyou. Rodney Bosworh.”

“The location of the memorial park is peaceful and the gardens are beautiful. I haven’t been to a venue like this where the setting is as lovely. The premises and the room where we held the service was clean, stylish and, I felt that there was a warm atmosphere. It wasn’t at all cold or austere. The service was enhanced by the attendant who was so nice and reassuring. I learned about Memoria by chance and good luck and now, I would whole heartedly recommend it.”

“Wonderful service for my late father. A sad day indeed, but made special by the way in which the staff at Memoria communicated and delivered. Becky at the LCF office was outstanding in all communication, and really helpful. Steve the Chapel Attendant orchestrated the service so well, very professional and with such a compassionate style. “My father’s funeral took place at North Hertfordshire Memorial Park. The event ran very smoothly and it was a fitting send off. It was also helpful to be able to record the event for those unable to attend.”

“All done with dignity and consideration. The room is peaceful, music was lovely the chairs were a little too close together though. Maybe a few inch space between them would be more suited to larger guests. Grounds are lovely”

“My mum passed away in early January, and the local crematorium based in Hitchin was the location we choose. They were very accommodating and we got our chosen date for the service. The surroundings are very tranquil and serene. It didn’t go unnoticed at this very sad and stressful time but all the staff are very professional and humble. For friends and family that couldn’t attend due to COVID an online service was also available, along with a photo tribute. We had our own priest conduct the ceremony and am happy to say it all went as smoothly as it could. Warms wishes and condolences continued to come long after the funeral service and everyone said it was a lovely service. Thank you again for taking care of mum in such sad and emotional circumstances.”

“A beautiful,tranquil setting to say a final goodbye to a loved one,the staff are all extremely caring,kind and helpful and make sure everything goes smoothly,they take all the stress and worry at the most difficult time of your life,and leave you with the peaceful affirmation that the final thing you could do for those you've lost was everything you could of wished for,and you chose the best company to hand it all over to,nothing was too much trouble and as a family,we couldn't have asked for better.we couldn't thank them enough.”
