“I cannot fault the building or grounds at North Herts Crematorium. Everything is beautifully kept and looked after. The staff I met on the day of the funeral were helpful and most kind. The quality of music for the hymns and other music was excellent and the photograph montage very well done”

“I have had very little experience of being a close participant in the Cremation of a close dearly loved companion. I need not have been anxious at all as I found absolutely everything well planned and lovingly supported and respected. I had so many of those who attended Brian's Farewell express their surprise at how warm and personal the experience had been and said that it had been something that they would hope for for themselves. A hugely grateful thank you to all personnel of your service for their warmth and kindness - and guidance too.”

“The occasion went far beyond our expectations, due to the sheer professionalism of all concerned. Even the wake at the Wenvo Arms was superb. All in all, it turned a very sad occassion into a joyous one.”

“The premises is clean, modern and has good facilities. The surroundings are calming, you are not rushed (1 hour slot) and there is a great feeling of respect at the place. There is plenty of parking too. Sadly we had to book Memorial Flintshire twice in under a year, the first time we didn’t know what to expect however we knew it was the right place for the second time and would have been happy to change the date of the funeral to ensure we went there again.”

“We held my mum's funeral at North Herts Crematorium then scattered her ashes in the wildflower garden. After the funeral (which had been organised through a funeral director), I phoned Olivia to organise scattering the ashes. She was very helpful and respectful throughout. Everything was on time and she gave us the option to scatter the ashes ourselves before leaving us time for private reflection.”
