“Hello, Although the service went largely well, when we entered the service the incorrect name was being projected. This was quickly resolved, but I think it was poor that the folloowing happened: 1) there was a look to blame others and 2) there was no apology for this error. I would have preferred a frank apology and quick resolution. I didn't care who's fault it was, it just wanted it resolved asap and then to move on with the service.”

“The location for the service was beautiful and the interior decor was comfortable and fitting. The only issue we had was that the previous service had over run so we did not get the time outside to speak to all guests as we were rushed off quickly.”

“Well organised, welcoming , calm and respectful atmosphere. Wheelchair access and wheelchair space for the service very well catered for. Would be nice to have a slightly larger exit area that has a bit more shelter from the elements as there was a blizzard on the day of the funeral.”
