“We had a service for my dad at Flintshire crematorium, the setting is beautiful and is a beautiful venue. Modern and contemporary, but still respectful. The team did my dad proud.”

“We only made arrangements through Neville Funerals and Celebrant Lucy Silous who provided an excellent service. We do think that £50 for the slide show is an excessive amount to pay. We thought photos would be on a loop and not just stop when they came to the end. We had no direct contact with the crematorium at any stage.”

“During this extremely sad occasion for us all the brief time we spent here was very well organised . The grounds and inside of the crematorium were clean and made us feel welcome to enable us to give my dad a nice send off he deserved”

“The area for the service was perfect. The waiting area just before was however was very small, and as it was cold everyone wanted to be inside, so we were very squashed. There was also no area for people to meet before. As when people come from afar they arrive early, but everyone had to sit in their cars and wait until we were allowed to go to the waiting area”

“Nice place, very relaxing. The only issue was we were asked what colour mood lighting around coffin. We requested illic/purple. We got red. Apart from that it was good.”
