Happy with the purchase but Maqio had them cheaper on EBay than from their own website! Delivery was cheaper somehow, I wrote to customer service to highlight it and was basically told there listings team said it was correct, the end! I’m a keen collector of Hotwheels and was a regular buyer from Maqio for sets and cars, but there attitude to my custom has put me off, wasn’t even after anything but an explanation.

Emailed about having a faulty item but no response. William the fish was missing his eyes, emailed to see what they would say. Would never use this company again! Terrible to say the least.

Not happy. My daughter was crying on Christmas Day, because singing Elsa and Anna not singing, after changing batteries, the same issue

Bought a Lego watch as a Xmas gift. It didn’t work. Response from customer services not satisfactory. Avoid and spend the extra at Amazon or another ‘bigger’ retailer. Lesson learnt.

My parcel got left in an old shed apparently, no letter through the door so I never know it had been delivered. Parcel was not there once I was notified about this. Disgraceful customer service. The class an old shed as a safe place. Never again

Hi Christopher, sorry to hear about your negative experience with us. We use 3rd party couriers and cannot control where they leave parcels unfortunately. We hope you were happy with the toys purchased 😃

Item never arrived refused replacement or refund as driver left it out side when it clearly says don't leave parcels unattended make sure there delivered to someone review team that replied told me to contact them but still refused to replacement or refund

I purchased these as the concept seemed amazing and my son was very excited to play with these (we bought a number of them). However we have since found out that the ID system was discontinued and therefore these cars cannot be used as described. My son's wants to keep the cats anyway but the description should be updated to note that the ID system is no longer in operation and make customers aware of this.

Damaged cards on hotwheels (soft corners) not in description when bought did not happen in transit as well packed offered 79 pence refused and I had to pay postage never again shocking customer service

Still not received order . Placed almost a mo th ago. Was out for delivery and they did not deliver. Was sent back to Maqio who sent it back out for delivery. Evri have said they couldn’t deliver it again. Opted for delivery at shop and no word from evri .

From quickly looking at your order tracking, it seems you ordered on 25th Feb and the parcel was delivered 27th Feb @ 1:11pm. The Evri courier has left a photo of where it was delivered to. We received no replies to these messages, apart from your emails to say nobody got back to you.

Very complicated to deal with the costumer service if they make a mistake. Also the currier wich they use - Evri - they failed to deliver my order. The costumer service refused the refund, I had to do it via Ebay. I had to call 3 times the Costumer Service and sent 5 emails.

My ordered item didn’t arrive. I emailed them to find out where it had got to. To be told it had been delivered, so I asked for a picture of where it was delivered too and got nothing back. To then be told because I had missed my house number off the delivery I was not getting refund back, not at any time did anyone try to contact me about the missing house number so now I’m out of pocket for no delivered item. Will not be using you again and NOT a happy customer

The first package arrived damaged with no outer packaging and an address sticker on the box which couldn't be removed without damaging box further! Reordered hoping it was a one off but same thing again box even more damaged didn't even accept delivery had to use the original one in the end not ideal as it was a gift!! Not happy at all!
