I ordered a toy from maqio for my sons birthday after a previous order from amazon was cancelled, leaving me almost no time to order another one. The site said that it would deliver it on the next day and I ordered it based on this. The next day I had a message from amazon saying that it hadn't been posted so it wouldn't arrive in time. There was no contact from the seller and I couldn't get reimbursed for the shipping I paid. Not even an apology for not posting it in time As a result, my son didn't get the toy for his birthday so it will be a cold day in hell before I use this seller again.

Hi Emile! I'm very sorry your order was not dispatched on time and we are looking into why this happened. We have now refunded the express shipping fee for your order and this should appear on your original payment method within 3 working days. We apologise again for the experience you have had and will work on making sure it will not happen again in the future.

Unfulfilled order. Apparently lost in transit which courier disputes so questionable honesty here. Took over a week to track down with poor communication and no desire to locate parcel. Just gave up and refunded order which was a let down for daughter's birthday. At least I will know better in the future to use a recognised retailer.

Hi Adam! I'm sorry your order was lost with the courier and was being returned back to us. As we were out of stock of the item purchased, we automatically refunded the order for you as there was no replacement item to offer you. Hi Tara, Our customer service team have been in touch with you and looking for you since you initially emailed 25/07/2022. The courier wanted to confirm the address was complete and correct before attempting delivery, we have received your response this morning confirming the address and have passed this on to the courier. Customer Service have already responded to you regarding the courier instructions.

I have still not received my order. The initial order was returned to you and the second attempt was also returned to you. I have asked for a refund and have not received a response.

I didn’t receive the order. No proof of delivery provided. The item went missing, the response from your customer service team was quick and I was offered a refund. However, I was told the items I ordered were out of stock. My friend ordered the same items the day after! Sorry but I won’t be using your site again.

Hi Helen, We are sorry your original delivery went missing with the courier. Unfortunately, the quantities of the items you had ordered were unavailable for a resend, which is why we refunded your order in full. I can confirm the items you ordered have been out of stock since your correspondence with customer service and your friend may have purchased a similar item(s) but not the same as on your order. If you do need any more help, our customer service will be happy to assist.

The toy I bought as a present does not make any sounds as it should. On contacting Maqio I was told I need to replace the batteries. This entails removing the toy from its packaging (instructions on the box show how to pull the tab and tear along perforations - ie tearing the box). Replacing a toy into its torn packaging is not acceptable to give as a gift. All they were willing to do was 'apologise for the inconvenience.'

Hi Ruth, I'm very sorry that the packing on the item you ordered was damaged. After looking into this, it looks like there is an issue with the stock of this item. We have now refunded you the full cost of the action figure, please allow 3-5 working days for this to show with your payment method. I bought 9 hot wheels cars and I understand the description says picked at random however you also think there would be some common sense used when choosing so needless to say I was disappointed when I received 2 sets of duplicates and 3 lots of a car that is made for a go pro ( which I’m never going to own )

Hi Sophie, I'm sorry you weren't happy with your random Hot Wheels but as they are picked at random, there is a chance of duplicates. Any items you are unhappy with you can return within 30 days of purchase for a refund, no questions asked. 🙂

Fast delivery. No I'm not changing my review so stop asking me. It wasn't resolved. None of the apps you provided work with this toy and I have lost £30 to a toy that is useless.

Hi Lina! Your order was dispatched with Amazon Shipping 30/04/2021 Tracking number: A10934364203. Your package was returned to us by Amazon Shipping. As we had had no contact from yourself we refunded the order to your original payment method. I'm sorry you did not receive your order. Absolutely despicable service. I ordered a toy for my daughter. I waited a week with no shipping updates whatsoever. Contacted Maqio via email to then be told they had no shipping details for me and that they had lost my order!!!!! I received a refund but I have one very disappointed little girl thanks to Maqio and its incompetent service.

Hi Samantha, Your order was dispatched with Hermes 19/04/2021 the day after you placed your order. Unfortunately, on rare occasions parcels can get lost with the courier and this seems to be what happened with your order. As soon as you notified us of your missing delivery we refunded the full amount paid. I'm sorry you were unhappy with the service but there some things that are out of our control, I'm afraid. 🙂

Hi Laura, Your order had already been dispatched, we did advise that if you refuse to accept the delivery the order would be returned to sender and refunded on return. You are still within your 30 days, so if you would like to return your order for a full refund we would be happy to do this for you 🙂

I bought 20 hot wheels. (2 sets) all the card board on most of them was bent. One of the cars had multiple holes in the plastic. I emailed Maqio to see if they can replace the 1 car. And they told me that I need to send all of my items back. (Which then will cost myself money). Really not very happy with there reply. First time I used Maqio and I was very disappointed.

Hi Daniel, As it was the packaging of the product that was damaged we did offer you a refund of 30% for the damaged packed items or to return the items for a refund or a replacement. As these were bought as a set, this is why we needed you to send the full set back. We are still happy to refund you the 30% if you wish
