Items arrived on time and in good condition. The description on the website of one of the items was incorrect so I took the time to send a message informing them of the error on their website. I have just checked ( possibly a month later ) and the info is still incorrect. Not great tbh. Oh and when ordering hot wheels track and a loop the loop track I wouldn't really expect to get a helicopter as a random vehicle.

I purchased 2 items a Disney frozen doll set and individual Anna frozen doll that had a light up skirt, the doll arrived and did not light up so I contacted customer service and explained this and wanted to return as it wasn’t working, only to be told to change the batteries first as they couldn’t accept it as faulty. As a present for a friends daughter I couldn’t open it and destroy the packaging so i refused to. They wouldn’t pay for the return so I had to pay myself. Absolutely disgusting service. When you purchase an item that has a function it should work for the consumer to show them what it does. The consumer should not have to replace batteries, which please note ‘where not demo ones’ on a new item purchased. Would never purchase from this company again.

I accidentally ordered multiples of the same product, phoned them immediately to alter the order and they were very unhelpful saying that the order had already been shipped which was a lie as it was less than 5 minutes after ordering. This then meant that they shipped me all three items which I then had to wait for, repackage and pay to be delivered back. A complete waste of time and money and all down to the laziness of whoever was on the phone…

I purchased some hot wheels cards but the cards were all either bent or damaged which renders them undisplayable. When contacting customer care I was told nothing could be done because the cars were not damaged. When selling individual cars like this you must anticipate a majority collector customer base and pack carefully

I purchased a polly pocket candy shop which did not arrive so phoned the company and they said it was delivered they then said they Wes sending a replacement which did not arrive I’ve I got one very upset granddaughter

Still awaiting delivery. Whilst there was some initial email response to resolve the issue it’s still not resolved and no response for several days to my last email..,, which is frustrating.

Not happy, my grandson opened it on his birthday and it came with batteries included ! Which had eroded inside the when we removed the batteries there was fluid from the batteries ...had to be thrown away

All our toys and games are officially licensed merchandise in the original unopened manufacturer's packaging. Sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase but we do accept returns up to 30 days after your order, so please feel free to return for a full refund 🙂

Toys arrived next day, in one the batteries had leaked, I cleaned it, got some new batteries but toy still wouldn't work so got something else, hence the 2 stars, did arrive next day though.
