“The order if a mermaid Barbie arrived in time but unfortunately the item had a faulty flashing button. Despite sending pictures and describing the problem in detail I was only offered a partial refund. I was offered an exchange but was also told that the others were all exactly the same, which means they were all faulty, which I find weird!”

“Normally order my toys from Maqio they are always good value and delivery is quick. I have deducted a star this time as the packaging was a little flimsy and one of the boxes inside has slight damage. In this instance it was okay but just a note for the packaging department to make sure they package the items well.”

“Hadn't heard of maqio so was a bit dubious on ordering but happy I did as couldn't find the toy I wanted anywhere and ordered from maqio and it came in a couple of days with no issues will definitely order from maqio again 😀”

“Very good prices, and really great delivery times. The only downside was the gun and foam bullets came in a plain brown box, so I did have concerns regarding the authenticity of the Nerf products. Previous purchases have never been like this. However customer services were great with their responses and overall I would buy again from this company”
