“I was delighted to find this product being sold by Maqio at a considerably lower price than amazon but was sceptical as I hadn't heard of his company before. After double checking other reviews, I was satisfied and went ahead with my order. Great service, great communication. Product received swiftly and packaged well. Would use this company again.”

“I was very sceptical when I came across you after using Google to search for a particular toy. I'd not head of this website before and with scammers getting pretty good at what they do I was worried about ordering but you seemed to be the only place with the toy in stock that I needed. I decided to take a risk and placed my order, I can now confirm this is a genuine website, my order arrived in line with the time stated when I placed my order and was packaged with care. Thank you so much, I have shared my experience with friends and family and don't usually leave reviews but I feel being not that well known it will help your business and help others trust that they are ordering from a genuine website. “We ordered 30 individual Hot Wheels cars however only 20 showed up. After numerous emails back and forth explaining the situation they refused to acknowledge there was an issue - they did not offer a refund or offer to send out the missing 10 cars. Incredibly frustrating as have had to not only claim back through my credit card but also source the missing cars at very short notice.”

“Normally order my toys from Maqio they are always good value and delivery is quick. I have deducted a star this time as the packaging was a little flimsy and one of the boxes inside has slight damage. In this instance it was okay but just a note for the packaging department to make sure they package the items well.”
