“I was delighted to find this product being sold by Maqio at a considerably lower price than amazon but was sceptical as I hadn't heard of his company before. After double checking other reviews, I was satisfied and went ahead with my order. Great service, great communication. Product received swiftly and packaged well. Would use this company again.”

“I’d give Maqio more than 5 stars if I could! I needed a bulk order of individual toys for my son’s birthday party bags and was worried about getting a lot of duplicates since the items are usually picked at random. I reached out to customer service to see if they could help, and they were brilliant — super quick to reply and very helpful. Even though they couldn't guarantee variety, they went out of their way to notify the warehouse for me. Not only did my order arrive faster than expected, but they managed to pack the items with zero repeats! I’d never shopped with Maqio before, but after such a positive experience, they are officially my go-to for toys. Highly recommended!”

“My first order with Maqio for Barbie dolls and I was very pleased with the great prices and quick delivery. I will definitely shop with them again. At first I had to check it was a real company, I have never heard of them before the shop showed up on Google results. My daughter had specific request for couple of Barbie dolls and they were cheaper than Amazon.”

“The order if a mermaid Barbie arrived in time but unfortunately the item had a faulty flashing button. Despite sending pictures and describing the problem in detail I was only offered a partial refund. I was offered an exchange but was also told that the others were all exactly the same, which means they were all faulty, which I find weird!”

“Although the products are usually ok, I've emailed customer service 3 times about some damaged items that were received and no one ever replies. Seems that they are happy to take your money but don't want to help you when you received damaged items (4 in my case) It's put me off from buying from them again.”
