From quickly looking at your order tracking, it seems you ordered on 25th Feb and the parcel was delivered 27th Feb @ 1:11pm. The Evri courier has left a photo of where it was delivered to. Broken already 2 days after my daughter birthday she is gutted it just stopped singing. Both the dolls I ordered both stopped singing

Delivered goods were not left undercover and as a result were ruined when it rained. Great start for Xmas

We received no replies to these messages, apart from your emails to say nobody got back to you.

Very complicated to deal with the costumer service if they make a mistake. Also the currier wich they use - Evri - they failed to deliver my order. The costumer service refused the refund, I had to do it via Ebay. I had to call 3 times the Costumer Service and sent 5 emails.

My ordered item didn’t arrive. I emailed them to find out where it had got to. To be told it had been delivered, so I asked for a picture of where it was delivered too and got nothing back. To then be told because I had missed my house number off the delivery I was not getting refund back, not at any time did anyone try to contact me about the missing house number so now I’m out of pocket for no delivered item. Will not be using you again and NOT a happy customer

The first package arrived damaged with no outer packaging and an address sticker on the box which couldn't be removed without damaging box further! Reordered hoping it was a one off but same thing again box even more damaged didn't even accept delivery had to use the original one in the end not ideal as it was a gift!! Not happy at all!

Total rubbish. Shouldn’t have kept it but was not allowed to return it. Very rude customer service agents. Don’t buy from this website would be my recommendedation

Items never arrived, very disappointed, took a risk with a company I wasn't familiar with and unfortunately it didn't pay off. I will however make note of the customer service, this was excellent. My refund was processed quickly, maybe I just had a bit of bad luck.

I've put very pour as was sent in a pore box and my boycie box was damage I contacted them took so long to reply so I chuck the box then got a reply saying send back with the box so was not happy

Customer service leaves much to be desired. Not very helpful at all. If you are a collector and expect goods to arrive in perfect packaging, think again. If you tale it up with the company, you are met with blunt responses.

Poor service never received my goods after being told they were delivered several times and also being told delivered to a neighbour that’s nowhere near me to find that household was in holiday if I could give a minus score I would . Disgraceful service

This product arrived broken. We were advised to change the batteries. Did that and it still didn't work. The seller wanted me to 'film' the item NOT working - what a joke. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered a toy from maqio for my sons birthday after a previous order from amazon was cancelled, leaving me almost no time to order another one. The site said that it would deliver it on the next day and I ordered it based on this. The next day I had a message from amazon saying that it hadn't been posted so it wouldn't arrive in time. There was no contact from the seller and I couldn't get reimbursed for the shipping I paid. Not even an apology for not posting it in time As a result, my son didn't get the toy for his birthday so it will be a cold day in hell before I use this seller again.
