“Very slow response from company. Sent a couple of emails to them as website kept saying I'd left paid items in basket, which was concerning as it was a gift. Eventually had to order it off Amazon as I didn't think it was going to arrive in time. They eventually replied the day the duplicate item arrived.”

“Product good. Ordering not so good. Having ordered one scratch map I received no acknowledgement but only a message to say that I seem to have left something in my cart.. Assuming I had not completed the order fully, I ordered again. Still no acknowledgement. As I was unable to make contact by telephone to query the situation, I found I was able to order the map from Amazon who acknowledged immediately. I eventually received your acknowledgement of 2 orders. Result: I received 3 scratch maps. Two more than I wanted.”

“Bought 2 as gifts, the beer socks came as advertised in the beer can packaging. The cocktail ones not only came in a card box (not as shown on the website when purchased) but also were a different height.”
