Hi Hayley, I'm so sorry to hear this - what flavour were you blending? We almost never have this issue, but one possibility is that your sachets could have defrosted a little, then were re-frozen into big lumps. What blender are you using? One quick fix is to leave the sachet out for 5mins or so before blending, you should then find it much easier. Please let us know if this helps! Best wishes, LS x
“I love the concept but having received & tried the gym bunny items. I have had some sort of allergic reaction & my eyes & face have been swollen & puffy. I am wondering whether there is some sort of preservative or sulphate in the products which isn’t mentioned in the ingredients? As I have identical symptoms after ingesting anything containing sulphates?”
