“The smoothies are tasty for sure. However a little disappointed that my order has been wrong. I’ve messaged but not heard back. I was also a little surprised that they were a little defrosted when they arrived. Not sure if this is normal as it was my first order. All the dry ice had disappeared. I will order again because they are super easy to make and yummy. Hope next time I’ll get the right order.”

You can rest assured that it's totally normal for the dry ice to disappear during transit, and we'll add an extra pack to orders to make sure that as the weather heats up our products stay nice and frozen.
