“Great support and advice both in person (previous visit), on social media and on the phone. Ordered a product that I'd been waiting for (new line) which was delivered within days. Excellent company that I would recommend to anybody involved in caring for small (and not so small) children.”

“Always helpful with advice and fitting. Upgraded a choice of infant seat based on checking numerous in my car and Little Peas also checked stock when I was after a specific seat that was labeled “out of stock” on the website. Goes above and beyond for customer service.”

“Fantastic customer service and experience with Little Peas. Exceptional knowledge in car seats and safety. This is my 3rd seat/purchase from them and cannot fault the process. “Excellent service as always from Little Peas and a great price for the Axkid Minikid. It was great to be able to visit the shop to get advice and to try my little one in the different car seats. The seat we decided on wasn't in stock on the day we visited, but delivery was super speedy once it was in stock.”

“I bought the Axkid Minikid 2, it was a very good price at Little Peas. I was able to order on back order, which for me was a lot more convenient than having to check back to see if the item was in stock. There was a slight delay with delivery, but this wasn’t a problem as I was kept informed. Overall a very good service and I’d definitely use Little Peas again.”

“Fantastic service from Little Peas. Was referred to them by BeSafe when I was looking for a spare part. They were extremely helpful. We decided to purchase new seats and they gave me some great advice. The new seats arrived next day even though they were coming from Scotland to Devon! Exceptional service and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again”

“This was the first time we have used this firm and we were very impressed with their level of service. We rang up to get advice before purchasing and found their customer service advisor very polite and helpful. We were advised then about a delay with deliveries (of about 2 weeks) but still received an email from the owner explaining the reasons for the delay and apologising. The price was competitive and the order was well packaged and delivered promptly. Would certainly recommend them.”

“We've previously purchased car seats from Little Peas by visiting their showroom, however having moved North last year and needing to purchase a forward-facing car seat as our son had outgrown his rear-facing seat, we decided to try ordering through their website. We found the process quick, simple and hassle free. The website had all the information we needed to choose a replacement seat and once ordered we were kept informed at each stage as it was processed. The new seat arrived when expected and our son is delighted.”
