“I had been researching which would be the best car seat for my 4 year old as she had outgrown hers but I found it so overwhelming with so many different seats available! I spoke with Carol over the phone and she was amazing, so knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered online and the seat arrived within a few days. Would highly recommend.”

“The customer service is next to none! I sent an enquiry of my needs for my child/ car and the came back with a few options. I sent multiple replies with different questions and nothing was too much! Since receiving my seat, I have also sent over multiple images, from their advice on making sure my daughter has the correct fit, which again was never too much for them, but has given me reassurance that she is in her seat safe. I also feel if I have any questions going forward they would not mind assisting me further. This is the exact reason I purchased from Little Peas although it is not local.”

“Another amazing service from Little Peas. I ordered the car seat and asked to be delivered on a specific day as I was working from home that day and service was amazing. “Brilliant shop! Had an appointment booked and even though we were late due to the weather and travelling from Midlothian, Carol spent so much time with us going through which car seats would be best for us. Absolutely no pressure to buy and no upselling - in fact she was keen for us to wait until my pregnancy healing was complete so I could find the best seat for lifting my little one into and come back then! (We went ahead with an Axkid minikid 2 anyway) No questions were left unanswered and she made sure our little one was fitted safely in her new seat 😊 Great prices and there really is a budget to suit everyone, knowing your little one is safe. You won’t be disappointed in Little Peas. Definitely worth a trip to their lovely, friendly, knowledgeable shop ☺️”

“My partner, daughter and I drove up from Airdrie to buy a new car seat as my partner had seen a lot of positive things about Little Peas, so we took a trip up. The place doesn't look like much from the outside, but the service we got inside was absolutely outstanding. We had an appointment booked, however turned up early. We were greeted but both staff were with customers so we had a browse about. Our daughter was 15 months at the time (it was the 10th of March) and the place was very open, which allowed her space to run about. We were greeted by a member of staff Carol, who started asking about the type of seat that we were looking for, but my partner had already done a lot of research and had narrowed it down to two. Carol took us to the area where they could be set up and tested on the in-store car seats and brought over the two we'd asked. She put one after the other on and talked us through every step, ensuring that we were understanding how the car seat would fit. While she was doing this, she was giving a lot of professional info on the chairs, with pros and cons. She was very honest, but professional with how she put this across. Me and my partner asked for a bit of time to discuss, where she left to go and serve other customers. When we made our decision, we let her know and she came back as soon as she could. After this she took the car seat and installed it in our car. We had picked one with tethers that went under the car seat rails, and she had a bit of difficulty getting them in, but she persevered and managed to get it for us. Again, she talked me through things step by step and ensured that I was happy at each point. Overall, Carol was extremely knowledgable about the seats and also very honest and professional. Both staff members were also very kind and entertaining my daughter at points too. The service was extremely personal and They're very good at what they do. It's been around a month since we bought our car seat but we're really happy with it (my partner especially) and my daughter seems to love it too. Would highly recommend Little Peas and have a lot of praise for Carol and the service we received then. Thank you! We also bought direct from store so none of the delivery questions are applicable.”
