This was the first time we have used this firm and we were very impressed with their level of service. We rang up to get advice before purchasing and found their customer service advisor very polite and helpful. We were advised then about a delay with deliveries (of about 2 weeks) but still received an email from the owner explaining the reasons for the delay and apologising. The price was competitive and the order was well packaged and delivered promptly. Would certainly recommend them.
